today was a good day! I went to Old Navy and bought some pants and a shirts. The pants were a size 14 and the shirt was a size large!! I was so excited! I havent bought those sizes since middle school! I cant believe it. At dinner, I swayed a little from my diet but I ate little bits of things instead of everything, and I still stayed under my calories from the day! Im going to the gym tomorrow and that will be 3 days of 30+ minuted of excersice. I know for my challenge im supposed to do four days, but this week was just crazy. So I am starting again next week with my goal of four days of excersice.
