I feel good, but I need to get back to following my journal and recording my food better. I go in streaks, but I need to get back on track and do it all the time. I does help me to stay focused.
230.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.6 lb a week
