hi can't find how to add what i eat and keep track of cal. newbie..can u help?

Look at the top of the page go under the "my fatsecret tab" then go to the right side of the page under my diet calendar and click on "food" a new page will come up then go to the "+add" it will list foods. You can also search for them under "search" wich will help with specifics. For calories you can also go on the right side of page under "my settings" it will have options for you to keep track of calories. I hope that helped you!
