My goal is to become used to a low carb way of living. To get used to a healthier way of eating and not fall back into bad eating habbits. I feel so much healthier and happier when I I eliminate sugar! I want to keep it going for as long as I can and also lose some weight in the process. Also to stay at a healthy weight instead of going back and forth. Wish me luck!
