I'm not sure but green means veggies and you might have less meals to eat for the day if you do that because of your carb intake from the veggies. Unless you plan to drink your veggies. Are you on induction? Because if you are you can't have any fruit. Sounds hard, but maybe if you find one with a protein powder and use one cup of greens? Hope you find what your looking for.

after only 9th day on diet i have stopped losing weight/inches????????//
sometimes things have sugar and we might over look it thinking it's sugar free. Be sure to read all ingredients and count all servings. Also too much protein turns into sugar and make sure your serving size's are actually right. We might over look at how much salad we actually have on our plates. Might look like one cup of greens and after measuring turns out to be three cups! The bars can actually slow you down. Hope this helps.

CHEATING!
I have read to have heavy cream and a diet soda. Like diet root beer and the fat from the cream will help you stop craving. Tastes awesome too!

Atkins and foot/leg cramps
Call your doctor's office and they might have advice for you.Blood work might show low potassium, maybe a supplement?
