As of new years I have quit drinking, quit taking PM medication and am limiting my coffee intake and started going to the gym on a regular basis. I know it's a slow process of losing weight but at least I know this time I am doing it correctly. I feel so much better and confident in myself and nobody can take that away from me this time.
