Breakfast: Ricotta cheese - 2 c.s. - Cheese 1/4 pc.
1 water -
psyllium - 2 xa.

Snack: 1 yogart - 1/4 cheese.
Lunch: 1 galette - tuna can (galette is oat bran with egg and cheese)

3 glass water
2 coffee.
180.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 20.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
