Did not want to sign in this morning because I was not very good over the weekend I had 2 pina coladas and 2 pieces of pizza and a beer.
I know it's not the end of the world but I'm feeling a bit discouraged. I know I will get back to the routine but I am transitioning to phase 2 and worried about how many servings of whole wheat and fruit I should eat in a day does any one have an Idea so I don't feel so guilty? Thanx,

At first go with one or the other and only try one serving a day. Once you see how your body responds to that, you can try adding another serving. Slower is better. The slower you add things in, the easier it is to tell what slows your weight loss down.
