So.... I'll have to work hard to loose weight in the next 2 weeks. Had 2 birthday parties this week. Time to buckle down and do this.

187.2 lb Lost so far: 117.1 lb. Still to go: 0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

gaining 4.4 lb a week
