No pounds lost last week, however I "feel" lighter. I wonder if I aimed muscle to offset the fat loss or if I am eating too many calories. I will use this calorie I take another week and see is there is any movement.
303.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
