Today - Day #2

I think I went over my net carbs yesterday but maybe not. Today I am trying to do better. I know I get 20 net carbs plus 4 oz of cheese, 3 oz of dairy, half of avacado, 20 olives, 3 tbs of lime/lemon juice, and two servings of atkins bars or shake(4 induction)daily. So maybe tomorrow I will portion my daily allowances for the day ahead.
