Holiday Weekend and I am at a standstill. to be expected of course as my body changes it tries to adjust its needs. I made it through the BSU vs Georgia game without digging in to the sugar trap...Unfortunate I learned that because of my sugarfree, less intake lifestyle, my Wine to celebrate hit harder and faster. thinking I will need to change my choice of beverage a little for the next BSU game. I am still finding that the occasional diet soda is causing me to crave sweets - so far, I am doing OK avoiding.
Almonds, Berries and Trisket like crackers have been helpful in curbing my hunger/cravings.
Today there is much to do. Now to move on and do it.
