I am starving.....Well not really. But I did find that without eating yesterday until afternoon, that I was hungrier. I also had my first Soda yesterday, that was sugar-free but was not the good sugar free Stevia - I found I craved more and had a second. The good thing was, I did refrain from searching and scoping for Junk - and I did chow down on a half cup of blueberries. What a treat - I am thinking I may try some frozen berries - that might satisfy more urges.
Weight: well that is different, my scale was the same for the last three days, so now I feel confident recording that loss. Making it a total of 12 lbs so far, and my waist is 37.5 inches... WOOHOO
DIET: I have to figure a way to get more protein w/o sugar and still keep the fat down. Some of my favorite ways to cook lean meats adds too much sugar.
BSU: Go Bronco's....and our family football party is gonna be full of the stuff I can eat. So excited to spend time w/my family watching our great team and feeling good.
