Finally seems to have gotten rid of the carb cravings for Rice or wheat. A brown bread toast in morning and a single brown bread toast in evening is enough. First time in my life, I completed a day with just less than 1000 calories with out any hunger pangs or cravings. Excited about the journey ahead!!! Hope I get it right this time.
