Quitting my job and starting to do the things I love has really started me down the road to feeling better. While I haven't been following a specific diet, I have felt much less urge to eat crappy food. I have caught up on some sleep and found more energy for spending time with the kids and keeping up with the housework. I'm down to working 2 jobs for a max of 40 hours a week. The stress off my mind is putting me in a good mindset to tackle my goals.
