Walked miles this morning to burn fat on an empty stomach. then had my treat. 4 chocolate graham cracker cookies and milk. I feel like I should of had 2 this morning. So I drank a glass of cold water. In the morning after work outs is when I treat myself with sweets, I burn them all day. It doesn't seem to affect my weight and I get rid of cravings.
272.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 7.0 lb a week
