i totally balmed today! i woke up late. forgot my water bottle. friggin didnt have time for breakfast.. so then i ate cookies and yoohoo at lunch.. then came home and baked coockies with my sister i only ate one of them but i ate three minnie cupcakes. and then a healthy dinner omg! i totally sucked today.. but then i worked out for an hour and a half.. still doesnt make up for it...no more slip ups..
