i didnt keep up with my journal this weekend and i kind of feel out of touch with the whole diet thing but then when i look back at it. i only did bad one day so far and its been a week today. (it being midnight) so i believe the hard part is being conquered. putting it into routine. <3 its starting to feel natural. now i need to get the exercise part into my daily routine.
