Didn't record dinner. Went to the movies and had some popcorn and raisinettes. Then we went to dinner; had 1 glass of plum wine, a crispy banana with coconut ice cream and berries. Also had some egg drop soup and about 3-4 chunks each of sweet and sour pork and orange chicken. Also ate about 3-4 crispy green beans.

This time around I'm not recording my exercise other than my defaults but to kind of try and curb some of the off track eating I did do a 3 mile jog this morning as well as about 20 minutes of buti yoga.
