Today is the reset. Since July I haven't worked out, haven't been eating clean, haven't been keeping to any schedule. Narrowly escaped moving the parents into the house and had a falling out. Dropped five pounds from relief and promptly jumped both feet off of the wagon.
Didn't go hog wild, but didn't eat healthy either.
Today I'm back at it. Spin class, walked the dog. Did eat leftover Chinese food for lunch, but teach yoga tonight and won't eat dinner. May take a protein shake.
Trying to shift back to my Paleo diet and see if I can drop 19 pounds.
Will be adding body measurements to weigh ins.
