How Long Does It Take to Develop a New Habit? 66 Days, Says Science (Or, Debunking the 21 Day Myth)

The end of the weekend and yesterday was difficult eating wise as I've started a new medication that requires me to simultaneously take it with a minimum of 300 calories. Figuring out the timing of this and compensating for the unexpected side effect of it making me super sleepy (hopefully temporary until I get used to the med) led to frustration and mad grabs of snacks out of the cupboard to get the calories in. For now I've moved the med to the pm but hate eating so many calories before bed.
