Good Morning Dear Diary, Well, I've decided after going from 140.0 lbs in January 2015 to 194.2 January 6,2016 that I have got to get a handle on this OUT OF CONTROL EATING. I've been studying up on Low Carb eating, and I really like this approach. However, I need to stay with this way of eating for a life time. I need to drink A LOT MORE WATER. And I need to do more EXERCISING.
This Afternoon in the AFC Wild Card Game, 1st up The Kansas City Chief's -VS- The Huston Texans. Kansas City Chief's WON 30 - 0.
This Evening it's the Pittsburgh Steelers -VS- Cincinnati Bengals. The Pittsburgh Steelers WON in a WILD last 60 seconds of the game. 18 - 16
Now PITTSBURGH will travel to play the New England Patriots. The Kansas City Chiefs will travel to play the Denver Bronco's.
