Loosing first weight easy. Now it starts. Trying not to eat after 6P.M. This is my diet. Eat lots early when I need energy for the day. Even some sweets. Eat a medium meal at noon. At three eat something with 4 eggs and plenty of meat. Don't eat any more until the next morning. I don't believe in not eating. It doesn't work for me. I hope to eat and loose a lbs. a day. This is how I have learned to diet in the past. I have tried everything. Not eating doesn't work for me at all.
