I have realized that any unexpected stresses, make me eat more. We are painting our house back to the original color since we are moving out. We went to buy the paint today and it cost 70 dollars!! I wasnt expecting that, and I automatically went looking for food. Before I could pig out on all the snack food in my house, I calmed myself down and ate a bowl of special k cereal with skim milk. This is definitely a trigger for me, so i have to watch it.
