Took a weekend off last weekend, and that was bad news, it has taken me a week to get back to where I was before..it also feels like i am starting all over with everything...my cravings have been worse and my "want to" has been less definetely don't want to put myself back in this position again!!
196.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Hey just take it easy on yourself, you're doing so very well. Try and drink lots of water when those cravings kick in...

sometimes we learn the hard way about 'cheating' :S I find myself going from really motivated to not at all, even in the span of ONE day. its so weird. just look at what you have lost. i like to think of it in one pound blocks of butter...or pick up a 5 or 10 pound bag of potatoes!! to think that you have already dropped that much in weight is awesome! Don't give up b/c you'll be upset if you do :) we are all in the same boat here.
