Yelena'sNewLife's Journal, 30 April 2024

Today was my weight in day. Today I did not eat much. Managed to eat a pastry from Tesco for some sugar ( unfortunately, today I had 3 hypos ), which put my daily calorie intake for around 1,100 kcal ( my daily calorie intake should be 1,300 calories without sugar , pastry , sweets 😒). But when I got a hypoglycaemia, then I try sometimes to eat something quick and easy ). So with this weight in I have these results:
STARTING WEIGHT : 116 kg
28th April 2024 : 101.7 kg
30th April 2024 : 99.6 kg
In 2 days lost : 2.1 kg
GOAL ( first ) : 95 kg
LOST SO FAR : 16.4 kg
STILL TO GO : 4.6 kg
I think it is positive 😌 about losing weight. Just hypos are really annoying right now ( especially if I do not suffer from diabetes ), but I have hypoglycaemia.
219.6 lb Lost so far: 36.2 lb.    Still to go: 10.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Aw, Nadia! I am so sorry to hear that you have got hypoglycaemia, too. 😔 Are you diabetic? I am losing weight at the moment because I do not eat much. I do like pasta, potatoes. Because I have got no appetite, I eat easy foods (salads, marinated herring, I am buying already roasted chicken drumsticks, or cooked meats). I do not eat much bread, pasta, rice, but some fruits and foods have a lot of carbohydrates. You will succeed, too, Nadia 😀 You must be careful with your hypoglycaemia.
