I am here in Spring Hill, TN with my son Kevin who is having serious health problem. I am great full for a healthy body so I can help him. I want to maintain this body so I must take off the pounds I have been carrying around. When I married in 1960 I was 22 years old and weighed 125 pounds. I have given birth to five children. My highest weight was 237 pounds in the 90's. I do not take any medications. Sugar level and blood pressure are not bad. I enjoy working in my yard and going for walks. I eat healthy food but too much. I eat when I feel lonely, stressed, and bored. I am a widow and have a daughter and granddaughter living in my home. There are places I want to see and things I want to do.
