Started the low carb high fat in earnest after the Christmas glich! Put on 3f pounds after a week of partying ,champagne and chocolate, could have been worse, I did eat lots and lots of salads. Found the New Aitkens website which has some great recipes.Made liver, bacon, cream and a slurp of sherry fried over zucchini for lunch. Delicious, and Dave really liked it as well!
