Well after updating my diet calendar looks like I didnt eat much today. Dont ask me how I was able to stand it cause usually I'm pretty hungry. Guess the difference was usually I'm at home with my one year old while the other kids are in school so its easy to want to snack. Today however I spent the day doing laundry and cleaning the bathrooms at my dads house. My step mom is pretty sick with copd so its hard for her to do simple things she used to. Last but not least, I come home and get ready to take a shower when low and behold I lost 2 pounds. 2 pounds in just one day, amazing. We'll see if the scale reads the same tomorrow?? The bad part is as excited as I am, I know I'll probably gain some back when that evil TOM comes rearing her head. Goodnight all...
