Just had a seriously low blood sugar before dinner. I tried to control my eating, but I still have that feeling that you get as a diabetic with a low blood sugar. If it gets in front of me I will eat it. I should have eaten lunch but I wanted to take a long nap instead. Next time I will at least eat something quick and easy to keep my sugar up.

You aren't eating enough protein to sustain your "blood sugar level". Add protein to your breakfast and snacks and lunch and you will last all day!!
