Ok so I'm up a pound and coming up on that monthy issue that makes me crave sweets and want starchy fatty things. wonder where the pound came from??? Grrr.. I was doing well up till now but last night I was tired and didn't want anything but comfort food.
I need to start walking again. I was doing well and slacked off when I went to a family funeral out of town because it just wasn't something I could fit it. But then since I have been home it just isn't happening - I have no good excuse for this really.
