Wow....walking on an incline, even as low as 3.5 mph is seriously calorie burning! I can't believe how many more calories you burn on an incline! A normal hour workout, with lots of running would burn about 400 kcal, but a 75 minute workout only walking 3.5 mph at a 4.0 incline burns 600 calories!!

Of course, my body will get used to that...so I am going to up the anti each time. Even this time it was probably not enough, because even though I was sweating, it wasn't too difficult. If I am not struggling at least a little, then it's probably not strenuous enough. So next time I am upping my incline, and my speed, a tiny bit.

I weighed myself this morning, and it said I was 130...so we'll see if that holds, and if it does, then I will enter a new weight!

I have to remember to eat more though, because I skipped breakfast today and I know my body will start retaining weight if I don't eat enough. Plus, my blood sugar hates me.

Hopefully I'll keep losing and I'll get close to my goal soon! I'm also doing pushups for my arms, and they hate me. lol!
