Well, OK! That's one clear day in a row. I kept below my calorie target, got to the gym, and drank a ton of water. All I've got to do now it keep it up, one day at a time, for the next 60 days or so. I'm saying 60 days because that brings us to Halloween, which is a big, week-long event at our school and which always brings the strong temptation to snack uncontrollably on candy. Oh well, I'll start considering contingencies for that issue as it gets closer. (edamame instead of candy corn?) In the meantime, laser-like focus on staying on track!

You've got one good day under your belt! Repeat this each day as it comes and you'll be surprised how quickly the days add up and the weight goes down again. Thankfully, Halloween is 2 months away so you'll have some time before the candy temptations are in your face! I do hope you were kidding about edamame replacing candy corn, but to each his own!
