still on the insulin in small dosages and it is really helping with the BGLs.
I've given up the BPCs for now. Going to try to get fats by continuing to add avocados and olives to my diet instead.

Glad you BGL's are coming down. Hopefully you will be able to come off the insulin at some point, but if not there are worse things. Thankful research has provided a treatment for high BGL's.
