For breakfast today, I had a small bowl of oatmeal with cinnamon and raw sugar (there was no honey). I try to drink a lot of water, but sometimes I just don't go a good job of that, especially on the weekends. My main weakness is Mexican and Italian food, actually I really just like eating and trying different foods. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE vegetables and fruit, but find they can be a little expensive to buy at the store. I have tried buying some organic veggies, but how do we really know they are the true organic veggie. I have found that using more spices (like Mrs. Dash who has varieties of spices), I don't miss the salt at all! More flavor the better.
