I'm shocked. After how I ate yesterday, I was sure that I would have gained weight. what a pleasant surprise. I must admit though, it is hard to get back into the swing of things. I slept pretty badly last night. At least I've been feeling more proactive about doing my work.
149.2 lb Lost so far: 16.8 lb.    Still to go: 24.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
