I had a really rough 11 hour travel day yesterday. I ate pretty decently during but when I got home I needed some snack to reward me for the whole ordeal. no regrets. just gotta keep chugging in the weeks to come.
150.8 lb Lost so far: 15.2 lb.    Still to go: 25.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
