Well it's after the Thanksgiving Holiday and yes I ate a lot after all Thanksgiving comes around once a year. I had turkey, ham, mashed potatoes, stuffing, corn, sweet potatoes, ect,ect, and not to mention the desserts. Yes I ate my heart out but enjoyed every bit of it especially my family. I will me alright because I know that I will get back on track tomorrow Tuesday I like to start my workouts on Tuesday rather than Monday that's just me hopefully in 2 weeks I will loose those last 2 pounds.
