So today it's been exactly 3 months that I use FatSecret as a weight loss support, and I am really happy with the results so far. In only 3 months, I have lost about 14 lbs - which is way more than what I have ever lost in my entire life - and that's the first time that I keep doing stuff for losing weight for so long. There's still a lot to go through, but looking at how things have been going until now is making me very confident for the future. I might not reach my goal of 185 - 190 lbs for christmas but at least I'm not at 215 lbs like I was last year! FatSecreters FIGHTING !! ^_^
196.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Loosing weight is the hardest of challenges, there is so many obstacles that sabotage our efforts. Staying focused is absolutely necessary and you are doing it. Go Girl.
