performance: gaining 3.5 lb a week
I finally threw out my last remaining piece of size 5 clothing.
I thought about framing it,... hanging it on the refrigerator,... putting it IN the refrigerator,... stuffing it and using it as a toss cushion,... putting it in the freezer so that every time I went for that frozen treat it would remind me of "no, no, no!",... and this week I decided that the styles of the 80's will likely never come to pass again in my lifetime, so it's time to adorn the trash can!
I think I really needed hang onto it just to prove to my kids that I really was their size before I had them! (It's okay if I lay a little guilt on them once in awhile,... I call it payback for surviving their teenage years :)
On those few occasions that I've come across my smaller size clothing (in amongst my very large wardrobe)... I'd hop on the bandwagon and start another diet!!!
So,... once again,... I'm starting another "lifestyle change"!
Taking baby steps and aiming for long range.
