I finally threw out my last remaining piece of size 5 clothing.
I thought about framing it,... hanging it on the refrigerator,... hanging it in the refrigerator,... stuffing it and using it as a toss cushion,... putting it in the freezer so that every time I went for that frozen treat it would remind me of "no, no, no!",... and this week I decided that the styles of the 80's will never likely come to pass again in my lifetime, so it's time to adorn the trash can! lol
I think I really needed to prove to my kids that I really was their size before I had them! (It's okay if I lay a little guilt on them once in awhile, I call it payback for surviving their teenage years :)
On the few occasions that I've come across it (in amongst my very large wardrobe)... I'd hop on the bandwagon and start another diet!!!
So,... once again,... I'm starting another "lifestyle change"!
Taking baby steps and aiming for long range.

help please
I've found eating small meals or snacks every two hours got me off of the weight stall. Appearently your body is trying to conserve its fat reserves when there is too much time in between cell nourishment. Take in the same amount of points or calories daily, just break them up into eating every 2-3 hrs. Its worked for me,...hope it works for you too!
