It finally happened, I made my weight goal. When this journey began 4/15/2015 I weighed 230 pounds and was on the edge of being diagnosed a diabetic, no more!

Took two photos again, two different sections of the tile floor just in case my Eatsmart scale wasn't level.

Yesterday, I didn't eat that much. Started out the day with a couple of servings of the steel cut oats along with some margerine, raisins and honey added for taste. Lunch was a small Wendy's chili and crackers along with a small Fuji apple, dinner was a fish taco with extra lettuce from Alberto's and I finished the night with a big spoon of crunchy peanut butter and a half a glass of regular milk.

That's it.Here it is the next morning and I didn't wake up hungry. Having about 3 cups of black coffee to start the day,who knows what culinary delights await?

Edit: rode bike yesterday, 30 minutes, 4.9 miles and 208.6 calories burned.

Same thing today, lunch small Wendys chili and McDs coffee along with a Fuji apple.
For breakfast, big bowl steelcut oats and a lot of honey, more than normal for me.

Btw this am my sugar was 110, about an hour after finishing breakfast, it was 242!!!!
Jumped on the bike for 30 minutes, 5 miles and 215 calories burned, rechecked an hour after seeing the huge spike, all the way down to 94.

Lesson learned, eat to the meter, smaller oatmeal size and use less honey in it.
