Found out that there are lots and lots of books on Keto free for download to my Kindle reader. (downloaded that free as well) at Amazon. Who knew?? I have also been surfing YouTube and found John Bergman, who believes that we should treat all illness with our diet. I have always thought that, but he goes even further and calls medication toxic substances, as are additives in our food. https://youtu.be/p3V3TITSDxc. Some great tips for becoming healthy.
