Had a big bowl of steel cut oats with margerine, honey and raisins for breakfast.
My girlfriend is not cooking turkey today, instead her daughter suggested bringing a dinner(turkey or chicken) from a deli. I really don't care, but would probably be better off weight wise with the deli thing.
30 minutes on bike,4.9 miles,208.6 calories.
Ended up having another giant bowl of that beef caldo with pinto beans poured in and topped with a sliced banana. Cleaned out the bowl with a gorda, Mexican style hoecake made out of masa, a corn meal.
Followed with Del Taco mini cheese quesadilla and chicken taco, mini sized.
Fingers crossed for weighin tomorrow.
