first time i planned to walk 3 miles at one time since my college days. that was almost 30 years ago. but i did it. office is closed all weekend, so no fitness center until monday. family is coming in from out of state this weekend, so lots of eating out too. but i plan to stick to my guidelines, and stay within the limits ive set for myself. happy thanksgiving.
