starting over! I will be losing weight as healthfully as possible. I will eat better and fewer calories and I will exersize outside of my work. I need to do this to make my body function properly and to avoid further sickness. I may be mean to myself every now and then. I am done letting my soft self win this food/weight argument. end of story. Here we go!
293.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 143.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
