Doughnuts, doughnuts, doughnuts.... What's a matter with me? I can't help myself from eating a doughnut everyday, sometimes twice a day and I can't figure it out. I know they are packed with calories and carbs, I know they take at least a third of what I am supposed toe at for the whole day, but I can't stop. I try to fill my tummy with water but it doesn't matter I still crave a doughnut even if my tummy is full. I don't know how to get over this.
