Thank you very much i appreciate that you people are so amazing and helpful hope to lose 10lbs by or before Dec 6th 2015 although thanksgiving is the 26 in 2days i will not eat all the turkey ham ribs or barbecue spicy meatballs or macaroni tuna shrimp salad or mac&cheese or the turkey neck gizzer stuffing i can go on and on yes I'm cooking a large meal with lots of different deserts my family will be happy i will only eat but alittle can't let that stop my progress
