i just turned 26 and i'm not the kind of person to freak out about birthdays. but, when i thought back over the past year, the only thing i could think of was that i'm more in debt and fatter. i feel super sexy and confident, but when i logged into facebook the day after my birthday party and saw all the photos i was tagged in, i was shocked! i didn't even recognize myself! so, here i am - 26 years and 4 days old - ready to recommit myself to a healthier and more active lifestyle.

i fell in love with weightwatchers when i was 20, but in the past six years, we have kind of been seeing other people. my loyalty to WW strayed and i have been experimenting with all kinds of bad influences: wine, cheese, beer, fast food. all bad. now that i'm older and wiser, i'm hoping my slim & trim self will want me back once they see how devoted i can be!
