OK - Finally recovered from Injury to leg enough to get back on the exercise program. I am motivated to have held steady last 6 weeks (since Oct. 3). I am going to get back on the 1.5lbs/week loss plan today!
193.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 8.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
