Bandrai's Journal, 25 February 2024

I'm keeping quite good control of my calorie intake about 60% of RDI, and I see a little fluctuation in the up down around the same level, but no real progress. I'm a bit flummoxed as to where I am not going right.

I had thought just stick with the efforts for a couple more weeks and see if there are any positive results. I have, combed through everything to see if I'm missing anything. If anything I add in more than actual to give a cushion, and overestimate at times so I'm nt caught short. So, its a mystery.

I laugh cause in my twenties I could drop 10 lbs in a week no problem with some mental fortitude. Now I'm practialy 2 months in and only down overall about 14lbs, so clearly as you get on the reactive time diminishes, or maybe I just am missing something. I'm active every day, but maybe not quite to the same intensity. Any experts or experienced individuals notice this type of thing in their 30s? Its quite annoying really. Lolz end of rant. At least I haven't come off the wagon at the weekends this last while. Hopefully something is got to give at some point.

Hope you guys are steaming ahead!! Lots of best wishes :)
