Mum now going to kick as.it is about time I took this seriously ..I did 3months ago .but with that little blip ..I an slowly but slowly getting myself motivated to get back to where I was ..I was looking and feeling good ..not saying I do not now but, I can not afford to slip any more ..the weight has slowly started to creep but on ..and now my back and legs are feeling the extra pressure ..so if only for my health ..I Have to do this ..and this time I am sticking to it ..xx
